Productivity Levels Reach New Heights at S&G
With our state-of-the-art equipment and highly skilled staff, we’re seeing record levels of production within each department at Stephens & George.
In February it was within our Press Hall where we experienced a record impression total of 19,997,361 sheets, our largest number ever produced in a single month by our company.
Proving that with our Heidelberg presses and press minders, we have the technology and know-how to produce quality print extremely efficiently.
Now it’s the turn of our Pre-Press department.
In one twenty four hour period last week, our Pre-press department output over 2000 plates through our two AGFA Avalon N8 Platelines, with one line producing a huge 1186 plates whilst running at 98% total capacity for the entire period.
This feat is even more extraordinary as this figure including 66 individual jobs.
