Advice for the buyer

Supply of Files Unless stated otherwise, all quotations are based on our customer supplying complete and PDF files which are ready to print via our online PDF workflow, Apogee Portal. Any pages not supplied as PDF or via Apogee Portal may incur additional charges.

Please also ensure that a full set of hard copy proofs are submitted with supplied files, any files submitted without proofs will be put on hold until proofs are received, this may also cause a delay to the production process and a possible delay to the agreed delivery date. It is also recommended that test files are submitted to our pre-press department prior to commencement of the production process.

Drying Problems / Pantone Colours

When using matt-coated papers or pantone colours it is advised that a machine varnish or sealer is added to reduce the risk of ink pigments marking or rubbing. Our estimators will not be aware of the ink coverage you require therefore should you feel the quote requires this additional process please contact your estimator for a revised quotation.

Laminated Cover Sections

Laminated cover sections printed in black or using a dark coloured ink are prone to marking. The areas which come into contact with finishing machinery can sometimes be highlighted and become more apparent during this process. Should we be required to produce such images please contact our Estimating or Customer Service department for further advice.

Deliveries

Quotations inclusive of overnight deliveries are based on next buy real propecia online working day before close of business, should you require a specific timed delivery please inform your estimator. Delivery costs are calculated for the specific weight of any given product therefore should additional items require delivering at the same time (additional copies or inserts etc) then additional costs will be incurred. Please also make your contact aware if the delivery destination has any specific restrictions (e.g. No fork lift truck, limited room for width or height of vehicle etc…). Delivery destinations which require “handballing” are also likely to incur additional charges.

Where indicated; delivery costs are included for the initial quoted quantity, if additional copies are ordered then extra charges may be incurred. Every effort will be made to keep these as quoted, however, should you wish to discuss further please contact Customer Services or our Estimating department.

Prices

All labour prices are valid for a period of 90 days from date of quotation.

Paper prices are based on current mill rates and will be subject to availabilty and price ruling at date of delivery to our premises. Where stated delivery times for ex-mill deliveries are approximations only and we recommend these are checked at time of placing order.

Please note if the paper is to be supplied by your company, S&G operate strict guidelines on the method of supplying the material. These guidelines are available from our Estimating Manager who can be contacted on 01685 352031.

Storage

Unless pre-agreed in advance, storage will be charged @ £2.50 per pallet, per week for all products that are not delivered or collected within 4 weeks from the initial delivery date.
